Return Process

  Contact our sleep support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to start the process.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the item is in its original condition; for mattresses, please keep them clean and use the provided protective transport bag.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture and mattresses, we will coordinate a professional courier service to collect the item directly from your bedroom at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
